Quaker Chemical Corp (NYSE: KWR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.245 per share, or $0.98 annualized. The payout is 2.1 percent higher than its previous dividend of $0.24.
The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
