UPDATE - UBS downgrades Analog Devices (NYSE: ADI) from Buy to Neutral. PT lowered from $45 to $40.

Analyst, Uche Orji, said, "With our analysis showing a normalisation of inventory, we believe revenue momentum will fade in near term, especially for industrial exposed companies, & we downgrade ADI to Neutral, to join our earlier downgrade of its peers Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN) & Linear Tech (Nasdaq: LLTC( on April 1st. With abating momentum, we reduce our above cons revenue & margin assumptions to be more inline with market. We expect a resumption of revenue & margin momentum in late Q3 & in 2013, however in near term, along with sector downgrade, we downgrade ADI."

"For FY12, we lower our Rev/EPS estimate to $2,737m/$2.19(cons $2,746m/$2.19) from $2,784m/$2.31 & for FY13 to $3,048m/$2.70(cons $3,028m/$2.70) from $3,182m/$3.02. We lower our FY12/13E GM to 64.1/64.9% from 65.2/67.5%."
