CSX Corp. (NYSE: CSX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. The company had previously paid a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share.
The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
