Needham & Company reiterates a 'Hold' on Pulse Electronics (NYSE: PULS).

Analyst, Sean K.F. Hannan, said, "PULS is carefully navigating its asset sales to de-lever the balance sheet while also making efforts to improve profitability. We believe PULS has made progress on both fronts, but we suspect margin pressures in Network will likely continue (even if 2Q presents a more optimistic short-term demand picture) and weigh on broader results despite what should be a gradual improvement in Wireless. In general, profitability prospects look uninspiring over the next 12-18 mos while PULS also appears to be on a path to shrink once again."

"Our Jun. est. now $99M and $0.03 loss non-GAAP, vs. our prior $95.0M and $0.01 loss. For 2012, we forecast $408M and $0.01 loss, vs. our prior $405M & $0.14."
