Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on CommVault Systems (NASDAQ: CVLT) price target raised from $55 to $61.
Analyst, Glenn Hanus, said, "CVLT reported very strong F4Q ahead of Street on continued competitive differentiation in its software, improved sales execution in enterprise (record >$100k deals) and SMB, increased brand awareness and increased distribution leverage from strategic and reseller partners. We are raising estimates. Overall tone of report/call very positive though tempered somewhat by macro uncertainty."
Needham raises FY13 EPS estimates from $1.10 to $1.16. FY13 revenues were raised by $20 million to $473.1 mln.
