Hercules Technology GC (HTGC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.3% to $0.24; Yields 8.3%

Hercules Technology Growth Capital (NASDAQ: HTGC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.23.

The dividend will be payable on May 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
