Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) reported Q1 FFO of $0.55, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $84.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $78.67 million.

Omega Healthcare Investors sees FY2012 FFO of $2.09-$2.12, versus prior guidance of $2.06-$2.12 and the consensus of $2.05.
