Ameresco (NYSE: AMRC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.03, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $146.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $145.78 million.

Ameresco reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.
