Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.93, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $589.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $617.64 million.

Fossil, Inc. sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.77-$0.79, versus the consensus of $0.94.

Fossil, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $5.30-$5.40, versus prior guidance of $5.40-$5.50 and the consensus of $5.56.
