ECA Marcellus Trust I (NYSE: ECT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.574 per share, or $2.296 annualized. This is a 3.4% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.594.

The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 21, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 17, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11 percent.
