Calumet (CLMT) Announces 6M Common Unit Offering

Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. (Nasdaq: CLMT) reports the commencement, subject to market conditions, of an underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 common units. Calumet also intends to grant the underwriters the option to purchase up to 900,000 additional common units.
