Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Tim Hortons (NYSE: THI) price target of CAD$56.00.
Analyst, Jim Durran, said, "Forecasting Q1 EPS of $0.59 (+23% y/y) vs. consensus of $0.58. Forecast revenue growth of 9.8% y/y expected to be driven by 5.5% CSS in Canada and 6.0% in the U.S. EBITDA is expected to be up 13.5% to 169mn. We expect Tim's continued share buy-back activity to drive EPS growth of 8% y/y, or 37% of total EPS growth in Q1."
