InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDCC) today announced that its board of directors has authorized a new $100 million stock repurchase program. The company recently completed its share repurchase program under the prior $100 million authorization.
In addition, the company issued financial guidance for second quarter 2012. InterDigital expects second quarter 2012 revenue to be approximately $71 million. The Street is currently looking for sales of $66 million.
