CubeSmart (CUBE) Reports In-Line Q1 EPS; Issues Q2/FY EPS Guidance

CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) reported Q1 EPS of $0.16, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.32 million.

CubeSmart sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.16-$0.17, versus the consensus of $0.18.

CubeSmart sees FY2012 EPS of $0.68-$0.73, versus the consensus of $0.71.
