Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (ARI) Declares $0.40 Quarterly Dividend; 10% Yield

Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (NYSE: ARI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10 percent.
