Spreadtrum Communications (NASDAQ: SPRD) reported Q1 EPS of $0.57, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $161.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.11 million.

Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $170-$175 million, versus the consensus of $165.5 million.
