Maxim Group Maintains a 'Buy' on Comcast Corp (CMCSA) on Solid Qtr; See Additions and Drops

Maxim Group maintains a 'Buy' on Comcast Corp (NASDAQ: CMCSA) price target of $34.00

Analyst, John Tinker, said, "Net subs’ add and ARPU increases should drive revenue growth of 6.4% y/y to $61B and EBITDA of $20B (up 6% y/y) in FY12, inline with consensus estimates. We anticipate CMCSA to lose ~170K video subs for FY12 for a total video subs base of 22.2M. We estimate CMCSA to add 1.2M HSI subs, growing to 19.3M net HSI subs base and ~690K voice subscribers adds for a total base of 10.3M in FY12. We estimate total ARPU of $146.51 (up 7% y/y) in FY12. We estimate FY13 cable segment revenue of $40B (up 2.8% y/y) and EBITDA of $17B (up 3.5% y/y) and NBCU segment revenue of $24B (up 5% y/y) and EBITDA of $4.4B (up 6% y/y)."
