RLI Corp. (RLI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.32; 1.9% Yield

RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on June 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
