UBS maintains a 'Neutral ' on MasterCard (NYSE: MA) price target raised from $439 to $457.
Analyst, John T. Williams, said, "Our caution into the print was not due to worries over fundamentals (which were strong), but sentiment—specifically, high expectations (EPS of $5.36 beat, but ~$5.50 expected), the impacts of a mix shift to lower-yield PIN debit, few major positive near-term catalysts, and near-term headwinds (Europe, tough comps), plus a near-inexhaustible rally in the shares since last summer. While investors remain comfortable, we think expectations will moderate."
"Our FY12E EPS moves to $22.13 (+$0.28), FY13E is $25.78 (+$0.48), and FY14E is $29.80 (+$0.53)."
