Chesapeake Utilities (CPK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.8% to $0.365; Yields 3.5%

Chesapeake Utilities Corp. (NYSE: CPK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.365 per share, or $1.46 annualized. This is a 5.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.345.

The dividend will be payable on July 5, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
