BlackRock Kelso Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: BKCC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 3, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 19, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.8 percent.
