Airgas, Inc. (ARG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.40; Yields 1.8%

Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
