Gentiva Health Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTIV) reported Q1 EPS of $0.27, ex-items, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $435.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $436.7 million.
Gentiva reaffirmed its 2012 outlook for full-year net revenues to be in the range of $1.70 billion to $1.76 billion and adjusted income from continuing operations attributable to Gentiva shareholders to be in the range of $1.00 to $1.20 on a diluted per share basis.
