Cigna Corp (CI) Reports In-Line Q1 EPS; Boosts FY12 EPS Outlook

Cigna Corp (NYSE: CI) reported Q1 EPS of $1.28, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.67 billion.

Cigna sees FY2012 EPS of $5.20-$5.55, versus prior guidance of $5.00-$5.40 and the consensus of $5.41.
