Excel Trust (NYSE: EXL) reported Q1 FFO of $0.19, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.78 million versus the consensus estimate of $17.62 million.

Excel Trust sees FY2012 FFO of $0.78-$0.86, versus the consensus of $0.72.
