VSE Corp (VSEC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 14.3% to $0.08; 1.4% Yield

VSE Corp (NASDAQ: VSEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on August 8, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 25, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 23, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
