Yelp (NYSE: YELP) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.31), versus ($0.19) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $27.4 million, versus $16.5 million reported last year.

Yelp! sees FY12 sales of 128-$132 million versus the consensus of $124.4 million.
