Benchmark maintains a 'Hold' on TripAdvisor (Nasdaq: TRIP) price target raised from $31 to $39.

Analyst, James T. Dobson, said, "TripAdvisor reported 1Q12 results ahead of Street expectations. Revenue was driven by a 30% y/y increase in hotel shopper traffic. Sales and marketing expenses were less than forecasted, resulting in 3% y/y adjusted EBITDA growth. We increase our estimates to reflect strong hotel advertising demand and lower marketing expense...However, with TripAdvisor trading at 18x 2012E EBITDA, we believe TripAdvisor is fully valued."

"For 2012, we estimate $769 million in total revenue, up 21% y/y, with EBITDA of $346 million, up 7%. Our prior estimates were $748 million and $326 million, respectively."
