UBS maintains a 'Buy' on CBS (NYSE: CBS) price target raised from $35 to $37.

Analyst, John Janedis, said, "Q1 EPS of $0.54 came in ahead of our $0.46 (Street: $0.44) on better than expected cable ($0.03/sh) and ent ($0.01/sh) results; & below the line items. Consistent with our broader advertising thesis, local ad rev in 1Q and the guide for 2Q were both slightly below expectations and
we are tweaking 2Q EPS lower to $0.59 (from $0.60). However, given the beat in 1Q, we are raising ’12E and ’13E EPS to $2.50 and $2.84 from prior $2.44/ $2.80. CBS remains our top pick."
