An analyst at Feltl & Co upgraded Papa Johns (NASDAQ: PZZA) from Sell to Hold Wednesday morning following the company's Q1 results Tuesday afternoon. The analyst's price target was raised from $36 to $43.

Shares have rallied more than 16 percent amid the results. With the stock last trading at $46.05, Feltl's new price target actually implies potential downside of nearly 7 percent.
