TD Securities downgraded Augusta Resource (NYSE: AZC) from Speculative Buy to Hold, price target from C$4.25 to C$3.75.

Analyst, Craig Miller, said, "We are taking a more conservative stance towards the Company during the permitting process for the Rosemont Cu-Mo project in Arizona.
