Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 1, 2012.
