Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Shutterfly Inc. (NASDAQ: SFLY) price target raised from $40 to $42.
Analyst, Mark May, said, "Considering Shutterfly's solid growth, industry-leading margins (15-20%+ EBITDA), leading market share, reasonable valuation (8.5x 2013 adjusted EBITDA), the pending Kodak acquisition and new avenues for growth (e.g., Treat), we continue to rate at OW."
FY12 EPS estimate raised from $1.12 to $1.14 and FY13 from $1.44 to $1.52.
