UPDATE - UBS downgraded Accretive Health (NYSE: AH) from Buy to Neutral. PT slashed from $29 to $11.
Analyst, Stephen Shankman, said, "Despite the big selloff in AH shares related to the Minnesota AG investigation, we believe there is potential for more negatives around the corner. In our view, large uncertainty exists around the impact of the investigation on existing customers and the pipeline, and possible EMTALA violations are very concerning. Other risks include more state regulators taking a closer look at AH, 2012 guidance update on May 9, and the 2012 Ascension contract renewal. As such, we are no longer comfortable recommending AH shares and move to a Neutral."
FY12 EPS estimate cut from $0.60 to $0.53 and FY13 from $0.88 to $0.73.
