Center Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CNBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share, or $0.22 annualized. This is an 83.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.03.

The dividend will be payable on August 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 11, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
