Ametek, Inc. (NYSE: AME) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.
The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.
