Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.22, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $146.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $132.5 million.

Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $220-$240 million, versus the consensus of $197.32 million.
