FMC Corp. (NYSE: FMC) reported Q1 EPS of $1.94, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $940.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $789.71 million.

FMC Corp. sees Q2 2012 EPS of $1.65-$1.85, versus the consensus of $1.79.

FMC Corp. sees FY2012 EPS of $6.80-$7.05, versus prior guidance of $6.70-$7.05 and the consensus of $6.93.
