Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.185 per share, or $0.74 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 2, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
