Trinity Industries, Inc. (TRN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 22.2% to $0.11; 1.5% Yield

Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE: TRN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is a 22.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.09.

The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 11, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
