Regal-Beloit Corp. (RBC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.19; Yields 1.1%

Regal-Beloit Corp. (NYSE: RBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
