NYSE Euronext (NYX) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 4.4% Yield

NYSE Euronext (NYSE: NYX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
