Apogee Enterprises (NASDAQ: APOG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
