Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. (NYSE: AEM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
