Benchmark maintains a 'Buy' on Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) price target of $260.00.

Analyst, Daniel L. Kurnos, said, "Amazon is the leading online retailer, potentially generating $64 billion in revenue and $3.6 billion in OIBDA/EBITDA cash flow in 2012. Amazon has outpaced the ecommerce market, retailers and even Internet leaders like Google (Nasdaq: GOOG)(Hold) meaningfully. However, Amazon’s revenue growth rate may moderate while heavy investment spending on product development and distribution build out impairs profitability."

"We raise our estimates, with FY12 revenue growth now forecast to rise by 34% y/y (32% prior) to $64.3 billion and FY13 revenue up from 25% to 26% growth. More importantly, we now think there is a chance Amazon could show modest OIBDA margin improvement as early as this year despite ongoing investment. Our FY12 EPS remains $1.50 on higher D&A. Our FY13 EPS comes up from $2.00 to $2.61."
