Canaccord Genuity maintains a 'Hold' on NetSuite (NYSE: N) price target raised $4 to $42.00.

Analyst, Richard Davis, said, "NetSuite has executed nearly flawlessly since the economy bottomed in early 2010. The firm is gaining share against mid-market legacy architecture vendors at what looks to be an accelerating pace. That said, we are looking at a company set to grow revenues at a 24% pace in C2013 valued at 9x those revenues. We would rather wait for a break in the stock price due to a perceived misstep by the company. We suppose it is possible that NetSuite will never scuffle, the company will grow forever at a 20%+ pace and the stock price will never waver off of a ruler-straight 45-degree upward trajectory. If so, our Hold rating will remain the incorrect call...Our revised C2012 estimates are for 28% revenue growth and 16% FCF margins."
