Jefferies Lifts Numbers on Regeneron Pharma (REGN)

Jefferies boosted estimates and its price target on Regeneron Pharma (NASDAQ: REGN) from $127 to $163 while reiterating its Buy rating.

The firm comments, "With Eylea sales outperforming by a wide margin yet again, REGN hikes its FY12 U.S. Eylea sales again to $500-$550M, sig higher than our $314M and cons $318M. Given continued strong Eylea sales supporting a highly favorable outlook in add’l indications and ex-U.S. mkts, we raised our PT to $163 (from $127) on increased penetration across wAMD, CRVO and DME globally."

The firm raised Q1 EPS ($0.12) to $0.19, FY from ($0.36) to $0.38 and FY13 from $1.79 to $3.13.
