Peoples Bancorp Inc (NASDAQ: PEBO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 3, 2012.
