Chesapeake Midstream (CHKM) Raises Qtr. Dividend 3.8% to $0.405; Yields 5.8%

Chesapeake Midstream Partners (NYSE: CHKM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.405 per share, or $1.62 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 8, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
