Procter & Gamble Co. (PG) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c; Guides Q4 Below the Street, Cuts FY12

Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE: PG) reported Q3 EPS of $0.94, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $20.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $20.3 billion.

Sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.79-$0.85, versus the consensus of $0.93.

Cuts FY12 EPS guidance from $3.93-$4.03 to $3.82-$3.88, which compares to the Street estimate of $3.96.
